These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to TDEEHQ at tdeehq.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. The service

TDEEHQ provides free calculators, educational articles, and related tools for estimating energy expenditure and related metrics. Features may change, pause, or end at any time.

2. Not medical advice

All content and calculator outputs are for general information only. They are not medical, nutritional, or professional advice, and they do not create a clinician–patient relationship. See our disclaimer. Always consult a qualified professional before making health decisions.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, violate these Terms, or create risk for other users.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users’ data
• Upload malware or illegal content
• Misrepresent calculator results as medical diagnoses or prescriptions
• Use the Service in violation of applicable law

5. Intellectual property

Calculators, branding, copy, and site design are owned by TDEEHQ or its licensors. You may use the public tools for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy the site wholesale, reverse-engineer proprietary systems, or remove attribution without permission.

You retain rights to content you submit (for example feedback). You grant us a license to use that content to operate and improve the Service.

The Service may link to external sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that results are accurate for you or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TDEEKIT AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR (B) USD $50.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TDEEHQ from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise.
